Our returns policy

GUARANTEED SIZE AND FIT

Our garments are hand made and cut from fabric to your exact size and shape. If it doesn't fit first time, we'll adjust your measurements and send a replacement.

12 MONTH QUALITY GUARANTEE

We use premium materials, highly skilled tailors and have a strict quality control process. If there's any issues with the garment within 12 months of purchase, we'll hand tailor another and ship it to you.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you've placed an order but need to change something, please speak to our team within 24 hours so we can ensure it's adjusted prior to being tailored.

REQUESTING A REFUND

While we don't offer refunds for change of mind, if the fit is not right, we will remake a garment for you. If it's still not right, then we will arrange a refund. Just chat to our support team.

HOW TO REQUEST A REMAKE

  • 1. Simply visit https://www.tailorsmark.co.nz/support
  • 2. Select "Alterations and Returns"
  • 3. Select the order in question
  • 4. Complete the form detailing what the issues are
  • 5. Our support team will come back to you within 48 hours and advise on how to return the garment and the process for your remake
  • 6. If the remake is still not up to your expectations, we will offer a full refund
